Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Brand Strategy Manager who can help us build
brands from scratch, drive creative strategy, and ensure consistency across all brand communication
channels. The ideal candidate should be a blend of strategic thinker and creative storyteller with a deep
understanding of brand positioning, audience behavior, and campaign planning.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Branding, or related field.
● 8+ years of experience in brand strategy, preferably within a digital agency environment.
● Proven experience in developing brand identities and campaigns for real estate or similar
sectors.
● Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and brand positioning.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
● Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and define brand strategies, positioning, and messaging for real estate clients.
● Collaborate with creative, content, and media teams to bring brand concepts to life.
● Conduct market research, audience insights, and competitor analysis to guide strategy.
● Build and maintain brand guidelines ensuring consistency across all communication touchpoints.
● Create integrated marketing plans and oversee brand campaigns from ideation to execution.
● Work closely with design and digital teams to deliver innovative and high-impact brand
experiences.
● Present strategic ideas and campaign concepts to internal stakeholders and clients.
● Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
