Social Media Marketing (Meta Ads) - Head

We are looking for a Meta Ads - Head who will take charge of our Meta Ads strategies, campaign execution, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid advertising across Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, with a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced digital marketing agency setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Meta Ads team, providing guidance and oversight on all campaigns.

  • Develop and implement advanced Meta Ads strategies tailored to real estate clients, driving high engagement and conversions.

  • Oversee campaign performance, optimization, and reporting to ensure client objectives are met.

  • Collaborate with the creative, content, and social media teams to design and deliver compelling ad creatives.

  • Stay up-to-date with Meta's algorithm changes, ad formats, and best practices to ensure campaigns stay ahead of the curve.

  • Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies to maximize ROI for clients.

  • Regularly meet with clients to discuss campaign performance, updates, and new opportunities.

  • Mentor and develop junior team members, ensuring skill growth and performance excellence.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • 8+ years of experience in Meta Ads management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role in a digital marketing agency.

  • In-depth knowledge of the Meta Ads ecosystem (Facebook & Instagram), including Business Manager, Ads Manager, audience targeting, and ad formats.

  • Proven experience of a minimum of 3+ years working with clients in the real estate sector is highly preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

  • Exceptional communication, client management, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to lead and inspire a team, managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.

 

Education: Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
