Project Overview
Project Grandthum in Greater Noida West, launched in September 2019, is a landmark office and retail one-of-a-kind IT/ITES project sprawling over approximately 23 acres of land. Designed as per Green Building Certification requirements, it is one of the largest mixed-use IGBC Platinum pre-certified (for design) project that bears a platinum-grade label by the Indian Green Building Council
The Challenge
- This particular project posed significant marketing challenges as its launch coincided with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Additionally, the project faced an oversupply issue in its location, and the large ticket size further complicated matters due to the lack of assured rentals.
- In addition to these substantial obstacles, one significant challenge was the Bhutani Group's decision to remove its name from the project.
Strategy & Research
- Creating a brand: Through a comprehensive brand awareness campaign, we effectively heightened Grandthum's visibility by highlighting its exceptional features and benefits. This included actively boosting search volume and online presence, thereby increasing the brand's recognition and engagement among the target audience.
- Thorough Competition Analysis: Through in-depth assessments, we identified our competitors' strengths, weaknesses, strategies, and market positioning, which allowed us to develop effective strategies to outperform them.
- Researching New or High-Volume Bundle Keywords: We improved visibility and attracted a larger audience by incorporating these keywords into our content and campaigns. Our goal was to optimize search engine rankings and reach a broader target audience, thereby increasing the potential for success.
- Result within one year, 95% of the project was sold out.
