PROJECT OVERVIEW
Signature Global presents Cloverdale, a premium residential development located in Sector 71 Gurgaon. Offering spacious 3 & 4 BHK apartments starting at ₹4.08 Cr, the project is positioned in the mid-premium segment, catering to aspirational urban buyers seeking luxury and evolving lifestyle experiences. The 5-month campaign focused on sustaining lead flow while strengthening brand visibility across Gurgaon, Delhi, and Faridabad. A multi-platform strategy was executed using Google Search, Demand Gen, Meta Ads, and remarketing.
THE CHALLENGE
- The campaign faced limited brand keyword search volume, making it difficult to rely solely on high-intent traffic. This resulted in heavy dependence on brand-generic queries to drive lead generation.
- An initial spike in CPL was observed due to aggressive audience expansion in the early stages. Additionally, influencer-led creatives did not deliver the expected performance, impacting engagement and efficiency.
- Sustaining momentum in a competitive mid-premium segment required continuous balancing between performance marketing and brand-building efforts.
