Being an old market using traditional approaches for selling, buying or renting property, it was a challenge to pick an approach for generating results for the client. The big size of the property and even bigger ticket size were also a challenge.

  • To address the challenges associated with traditional retail mindsets, store sizes, and pricing, we conceived the innovative idea of unlockable shops – a shared, expansive space leased out to multiple vendors.
  • Several different customer segments were identified, leading to the creation of specialized buckets tailored for individuals interested in jewellery, bridal wear, apparel, and food.
  • We strategically targeted high-traffic keywords such as "Chandni Chowk" and "Shops in Chandni Chowk" to boost online visibility and drive significant search results.
  • The concept of unlockable shops also garnered interest from individuals seeking to make rental income through investment opportunities.
  • Our marketing approach encompassed a comprehensive strategy, including targeting broad search volumes on Google and social media platforms, as well as proactively engaging with brokers to enhance awareness of this pioneering concept.
