PROJECT OVERVIEW
Majestique presents a portfolio of premium residential developments including Twilight, Elements, Towers, and Evolvus, located across Balewadi Pune, Baner Pune, and Kharadi Pune. Offering 2, 3 & 4 BHK apartments priced between ₹1.20 Cr to ₹3.75 Cr, the projects cater to mid-premium and premium homebuyers. The 2-month campaign targeted Pune city with a focused 10 km radius around Baner, along with NRI audiences across GCC countries including United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain. The campaign focused on generating qualified leads while building strong brand awareness using Google Search, Demand Gen, Meta Ads, and remarketing.
THE CHALLENGE
- The campaign required maintaining high lead quality while scaling volumes, which led to challenges around audience overlap and efficiency.
- Demand Gen campaigns resulted in higher CPLs and did not perform as efficiently as Search and other high-intent channels. Additionally, running campaigns aggressively during event periods required rapid optimization and budget adjustments.
- Balancing performance with brand-building in a competitive micro-market while targeting both local and NRI audiences added further complexity.
