  • Interacting with the customers or clients essentially over the phone and Emails.

  • Selling online property advertisements / branding solutions to clients(brokers/builders) by assessing their business requirements.
  • Ensuring optimal coverage of the assigned territory at all times by tapping in new brokers and builders
  • Achieving sales targets through new client acquisition and growing existing client base in the assigned territory.
  • Handling complete sales cycle including Area Mapping, cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, closing on commercials and deals.

  • Planning, executing, measuring and optimizing marketing campaigns across Google Adwords, Social Media, SEM, Facebook Ads and SEO
